We do not sell your information. We share it with third parties only to deliver work you've engaged us for, or where the law requires it.
Client materials and research data are confidential. We sign or provide an NDA before sensitive information changes hands. Past client identities stay withheld unless we have explicit permission to name them.
We keep enquiry and engagement records only as long as the purposes above, or legal and accounting requirements, demand. To access, correct or delete your personal information, email hello@pierhead.jp — we respond promptly.
